One of Australia’s leading telecommunications companies sought help to implement a Proof of Concept, leveraging residential gateway data to provide additional insights and improve customer satisfaction.
Challenge
The telco’s aim was to identify how using real-time information from their network could anticipate performance issues in clients’ premises that would allow for a fast response to improve customer experience.
Solution
Klarrio was tasked with developing real-time customer experience and anomaly detection analytics based on residential gateway internal data. The Telco provided the client application on the residential gateways. Klarrio developed a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) to collect, analyse, and display the anonymised data with the option of productizing the PoC.
